The Referral Delivery System

The OMS Referral Delivery System integrates all aspects of your marketing
plan within a custom presentation folder. The Delivery System can be utilized as an introductory tool for presentation to new referring doctors or to re-establish consistent communications with existing referring sources.

  • A letter produced on stationery carefully designed by PBHS, will introduce your referring doctors to the practice. It will also include instructions on how to utilize each component within the system.
  • Items within the delivery system can include your PBHS Referral Practice Newsletter, Personalized Referral Book, appropriate specialty Guidesheets, Practice Brochures and WebCard.
