Troubleshooting FAQ for PBHS / OMSNIC Informed Consent DVD

This FAQ is designed to answer questions and solve issues with the PBHS / OMSNIC Informed Consent DVD, Version 3.0.
1. I received your DVD and want to order more copies. What do I do?
To order more Informed Consent DVDs please call PBHS at 1-800-840-5383.
2. What type of DVD player is this disk designed to play on?
This DVD is intended for use in a standard set top DVD player connected to a television.
3. I want to run this DVD on my Laptop or Desktop PC. Is this possible?
This DVD will run on virtually any Macintosh or Windows based PC provided that it is equipped with a DVD drive and an appropriate DVD software application; (WinDVD 5.0 Platinum, PowerDVD, Cliprex DVD).
4. I am using WinDVD 4.0 on my Windows 2000 PC and the DVD is playing slowly with no sound or distorted sound. What do I do?
This DVD uses features that are not supported by WinDVD 4.0 and will not work on any PC that has WinDVD 4.0 installed. To view the Informed Consent DVD you must either upgrade to WinDVD 5.0 Platinum or remove WinDVD 4.0 and install a new free DVD software player.
5. I am using WinDVD 4.0 on my Windows XP PC and the DVD is playing slowly with no sound or distorted sound. What do I do?
